Our company was founded in 1972 by Vasilios Pagonis, Civil engineer, as a public works contractor grandson of Vassilios Pagonis, a Public Works Contractor around 1910.
1988
Following a successful course in the delivery of complex projects, both in Thessaloniki and in other parts of Greece, the company was converted into a Société Anonym based in Thessaloniki, Greece, named V.PAGONIS S.A.
Registered as a General Public Works Contractor of a 6th Grade to the Greek Ministry of Public Works gains recognition of its production capacity to join tenders of Public Works in Greece of a maximum worth over 66 million euros.

In view of law changes, gaining the basic conditions to upgrade, in terms of staff, finances and experience Maria Pagonis, Vasilios Pagoni’s sister and architect, founds PAGONI S.A. in November 2000 and registers the company as a General Public Works Contractor of a 5th Grade to the Greek Ministry of Public Works.
